Retired - Vitrail Chandelier Earrings

1. Begin by stringing a 4mm bead onto a head pin and make a simple wire loop. Repeat this step 11 more times.
2. Using flush cutters, cut six 1/2 inch lengths of chain, and six 3/4 inch lengths of chain.
3. Take one of your 4mm beads from step one and open the simple wire loop the same way that you would open a jump ring. Slide the loop onto the end link of one of your cut chains. Close the loop. Repeat this step 11 more times.
4. Open a 3mm jump ring and slide on the first link of one 1/2 inch chain section. Also slide on one of the loops at the edge of the bead cap. Close the jump ring. Repeat this step five more times, alternating every other loop around the bead cap.
5. Now open a 3mm jump ring and slide on the first link of one 3/4 inch chain section. Also slide on one of the loops at the edge of the bead cap, directly in between two of your 1/2 inch hanging chains. Repeat this step five more times, alternating every other loop until the bead cap is filled with twelve chain dangles total.
6. Next, string a 4mm bead onto a head pin. Then string on your bead cap with chain dangles hanging downward. String one more 4mm bead onto the head pin above the cap, and create a wrapped wire loop.
7. Finally, use pliers to open the bottom loop of your earring hook the same way you would open a jump ring, and attach it to your completed earring. Close the loop. Enjoy!
