Beadaholique.com has always brought you low prices on beads and jewelry making supplies. We are offering free shipping on all U.S. orders with merchandise totaling over $35. Simply choose "Free Economy Shipping" at checkout to get your Free Shipping!
To qualify, orders must total $35.00 or over after all other discounts and coupons have been applied. All orders that total less than $35.00 will be charged low cost weight-based shipping fees.
If you select any domestic shipping service other than “Standard,” shipping fees will be charged. You will be able to see the charges and be able to change your shipping service before you make your payment.
Reduced International Shipping Rates
All of our other international shipping rates have been reduced, so everyone saves!
Shipping Processing Times
We ship packages out five days a week, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Free standard shipping orders will be shipped within one to three business days after the order is placed. Orders with USPS Priority, USPS Express, or any FedEx or UPS service - other than Ground - that are received before 11:00am Pacific will be shipped next day; if received after 11 am, they will be shipped within 2 business days.
Please note that during extremely high volume periods, such as the month prior to the winter holidays, we may take an extra day or two to ship orders, and the U.S. Post Office may take longer than usual to deliver packages, even via Priority. Accordingly, please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
COVID-19 Update: All carriers have reported continued short delays in pickup and delivery. We will continue to monitor this situation.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are now final due to our store closure. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, so please double-check your order before checking out. If there’s an issue with an item being damaged or incorrect, we’ll of course do our best to make it right.
I bought something that is now available at a lower price. Can I get a partial refund?
No. All sales are final with no returns or refunds, including partial refunds. As we move closer to our store closure, some items may have higher markdowns. However, many items will sell out early. If you really want an item, do no wait to order it. Items that sell out will not come back in stock.
Only part of my order shipped. Will the unfulfilled items ship later?
Unfortunately, any items that were not shipped with the rest of your order will be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process.

Sales and Discount/Coupon Codes
Unless otherwise stated for the particular sale, the following applies to all sales and discount/coupon codes:
- Discount codes cannot be combined.
- Gift card codes are considered a form of payment, not a discount, and can be used along with a discount code.
- Codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
- Codes are valid on select in-stock items only.
- Any stated expiration date for a code will occur at the end of that day, after midnight PT.
