Retired - Looplink Set in Champagne

1. Please watch the video: How to Make a Beaded Connector Link. In this video, you will learn how to bead weave Toho Demi Round seed beads, CzechMates 2-hole brick beads, and Czech fire polish beads into a figure-8 link. You will also see how to assemble an earring using this technique.
2. Using what you have learned in the video, create one beaded connector link as shown in the video.
3. Using flush cutters, cut 1 inch of chain.
4. Then cut 3 inches of 22 gauge wire and make a wrapped wire loop. String on one 8mm pearl bead, and make another wrapped wire loop, wrapping the loop onto the end link of your inch of chain before closing the wrap.
5. Open the first link of the chain as you would a jump ring. Slide it onto one side of your beaded connector link between the fourth and fifth 8/0 beads (see photo for reference). Close the link.
6. Cut another 1 inch section of chain, and attach it to the other side of your beaded connector link in the same manner as you did in step 5. This completes one unit.
7. Repeat steps 2-6 six times for a total of seven units.
8. Take the free end link of chain on one side of one unit and open it the same way you would open a jump ring. Slide it onto the wrapped wire loop on the free end of your second unit. Close the link. Repeat this step 6 times to connect all 7 units. See photo for reference.
9. To attach one side of your clasp, open the last link of chain attached to your beaded connector on one side of the necklace. Slide on the loop of half of your hook clasp. Close the link.
10. To attach the other side of your clasp, cut a 3/4 inch length of chain. Open the first chain link and slide on the wrapped wire loop of your first 8mm pearl bead. Close the link. Then open the last link of chain and slide on the loop of the other half of your hook clasp. Close the link. Your necklace is now complete!
11. To make one earring, weave a beaded connector link as shown in the video. Then hang on your wire wrapped 8mm beaded dangle and attach your earring hook, also as shown in the video.
12. Enjoy your necklace and earring set!
