Hi, this is Julie with Beadaholique.com and today I'm going to show you How to Tie a Lark's Head Knot That's what I've used here to connect this clay river pendant to the faux leather cord it's really simple and it's easy and it's a great way to finish off a necklace and I'm going to show you how to do it. So you've got a length of cord. It can be cord, leather, faux seude, hemp whatever you have you're gonna fold in half and then take the folded part and put it through whatever medallion pendant you have and then you're gonna take the tails and slipped them through that little folded area and then you're just going to pull and so you have a different look on both sides. You can decide if you want the two strands together to be the front or if you want them a part to be the front and I'm going to show you how to do this again really quick. Just so you can get it down. I'll actually show you on the pendant itself so you can see how easy it is to finish off a necklace here I've got a necklace that I created and finished basically just a length of faux leather cord I'm going to fold it in half I'm going to take that folded over part put it through the pendant and I'm going to take the tail end and pull them through the folded over part and then and it's going to call them and then I'm going to pull down. That's all there is to it. I've actually finished this. I've attached it. It's not going to come out, so that's a really nice quick and easy way to attach a pendant to a necklace. Again it's called a Lark's Head Knot. It's a good one to add to your repertoire and you can find this particular project called the Deco Owl necklace on Beadaholique.com in the free project section
