This dainty charm necklace has been customized using the scroll heart metal punch on a pewter Impressart stamping blank, defined with black stamp enamel. A Vintaj brass blank, Austrian crystal pearl, and glossy finished snake chain add delicate contrast to the piece.

Instructions

This necklace measures 16 inches. For a longer or shorter necklace, you can purchase a finished chain necklace of a different length.

If you are new to metal punching, please watch our video: Show and Tell: Impressart Stamping Blanks and Metal Punches. Using what you have learned in the video, place your silver Impressart Soft Strike stamping blank onto your bench block.
Using a hammer, take your heart metal punch and create your impression in the center of the stamping blank as shown in the video.
To define your impression, apply a small amount of Impressart stamp enamel to your stamping as shown in the video.
Now use flush cutters to cut 3 inches of 24 gauge silver wire, and create a wrapped wire loop, sliding on both your Vintaj brass stamping blank and your heart-stamped blank before closing the wrap (see photo for reference).
String one 4mm Austrian crystal pearl onto your wire and make another wrapped wire loop, latching the loop onto your chain before closing the wrap. Enjoy your necklace!
