Retired - World Traveler Earrings

1. Thread onto a head pin:
2. 1 true red 8/0 Czech seed bead
3. 1 turquoise/picasso Czech glass fluted cathedral bead
4. 1 opaque frosted turquoise 8/0 Toho seed bead.
Create a wrapped wire loop. Cut off excess with flush cutters.
5. Cut off the head part of a head pin, try not to cut any of the length of wire. Create a simple wire loop at one end. Thread onto the wire:
6. 1 turquoise Czech fire polished glass rondelle
7. 1 sanded betel nut bead
Create a simple wire loop after the last bead. Cut off any excess wire with flush cutters.
8. Cut off the head part of a head pin, try not to cut any of the length of wire. Create a simple wire loop at one end. Thread onto the wire:
9. 1 opaque frosted turquoise 8/0 Toho seed bead
10. 1 red cinnabar round focal bead
11. another turquoise Toho seed bead.
Create a simple wire loop after the last bead. Cut off any excess wire with flush cutters.
12. Take the first two segments you made and open the simple wire loop at the base of the betel nut bead (you can open the loop the same way you would open a jump ring. Link this to the wrapped wire loop at the top of the first segment you made with the cathedral bead. Close the loop back up.
13. Open the simple wire loop now at the top of the two segments linked together and link it to the simple wire loop on one side of the segment with your red cinnabar bead. Close the loop back up.
14. Open the loop at the base of your earring hook. Link it to the simple wire loop at the top of your long earring segment. Close the loop back up.
15. Repeat steps 1-6 to make the other earring.
