This modern looking necklace features a bold rectangular bezel filled with Artist's Concrete and carefully laid out faceted hematite beads. The shiny metallic beads contrast nicely against the white concrete and the stepped design in which they are arranged adds to the modern feel of the necklace.
Instructions

Please note you will also need a disposable mixing cup, some way of measuring tablespoons and teaspoons, tap water, and something such as a popsicle stick to stir your concrete.
  1. Please watch the video: How to Make Concrete Jewelry.
  2. In the video you will learn how to mix your concrete and pour it into a bezel. Based upon what you learned, pour concrete into your rectangular bezel.
  3. Immediately after pouring, carefully drop your beads, one by one, into the concrete in the stepped design pictured. You can use a pair of tweezers, chain nose pliers, head pin through the hole, or your fingers to place the beads.
  4. Let your piece fully cure before proceeding to the next step.
  5. Open your pre-made chain necklace and slide your pendant onto it. Close the chain back up.
  6. All done, enjoy!
