Don't forget to double these instructions to make your matched pair of earrings! You will also need a little disposable mixing cup, paint brush, and stir stick (such as a popsicle stick) for this project.
- Look at your collage art sheet and find the round image of the the Victorian looking Santa. Cut this image out so that if fits into your Nunn Design round bezel. Use Nunn Glue to glue the image into the bezel. Let dry.
- Paint a layer of Nunn Sealant over your image and let dry. Repeat this step 2 more times, resulting in 3 coats of sealant.
- Mix up your resin and pour into your bezel. Remove any air bubbles. Let fully cure for several days before going to the next step.
- Take one head pin and snip the head off of it. Create a simple wire loop on one end. Place onto the wire 1 Czech Fire Polished 4mm round bead in mustard yellow, 1 bead aligner facing upwards, 1 faceted Czech glass large hole bead in siam, another bead aligner facing downwards, and another mustard yellow bead. Create a wrapped wire loop after the last bead and snip off excess wire with flush cutters. Orient your top and bottom loops so that they are facing opposite directions (you can just twist them with pliers or your fingers).
- Open the loop at the base of your earring hook and slip it onto the wrapped wire loop you made in the previous step. Close the loop back up.
- Open the loop at the base of your earring dangle and connect this to the top loop of your filled round bezel. Close the loop.
- All done!
