Modern Bar Chain Set

1. For the necklace, begin by cutting a length of 33 inches and a length of 13 inches.
2. Take the 33 inch length of chain and on one end open one 4mm jump ring, attach it to the last link in the bar chain and attach one closed 5mm jump ring. Close the jump ring.
3. Move to the other end of this chain, open one 4mm jump ring and attach it to the last link in the chain and to a lobster clasp. Close the jump ring.
4. Lay the chain out in front of you. Move 12.5 inches in on one side, open one 4mm jump ring and attach the 13 inch length of chain to the closest link.
5. Repeat the above step on the other end of the chain.
6. For one earring, cut three lengths of 3 inches each.
7. Open one 4mm jump ring. Slide on the three lengths of chain: one at the last link, one at one link in and the final one at one bar length in. Attach the earring finding and close the jump.
