Retired - Howlite Zen Mala

1. Begin by replacing the gold jump ring on the tassel for a silver jump ring. Simply open the gold jump ring and slide it out. Open a silver jump ring and string it through the open hole of the tassel and close the jump ring.
2. Cut off about 6 feet of beading wire. String the tassel on to the center of the beading wire. Take both wires through a crimp tube. Sit it just above the jump ring of the tassel and crimp the crimp tube. Add a crimp cover.
3. String the wire through the tower bead. And repeat the above process of adding a crimp tube and crimp cover.
4. Next string the wires in opposite directions through the guru bead.
5. On to the right wire, string 7 howlite beads. Then one crimp tube (crimp the tube) and crimp cover; one onyx bead, followed by one crimp tube (crimp the tube) and crimp cover.
6. Then string on 14 howlite beads. Then one crimp tube (do not crimp the tube), one onyx bead, followed by one crimp tube (do not crimp the tube).
7. Then string on 66 howlite beads.
8. Move to the second wire and string 7 howlite beads. Then one crimp tube (crimp the tube) and crimp cover; one onyx bead, followed by one crimp tube (crimp the tube) and crimp cover.
9. Then string on 14 howlite beads. Then one crimp tube (do not crimp the tube), one onyx bead, followed by one crimp tube (do not crimp the tube).
10. Take this wire and cross it so that it is going through the 66 howlite beads strung on the first wire.
11. String the wires through the crimp tubes that are un-crimped. Crimp the remaining crimp tubes. Add crimp covers over all four of them.
12. Trim any excess wire.
