Hi, this is Julie from beadaholique.com and today I want to show you how to use Shine Rite's Polishing Pads. So this is what they look like. This one has been used a little bit and this is brand new. I want to show you that this is actually not ready to be discarded yet. You'll be able to get a lot more use out this so I'm going to keep using this one. What these are is they're polishing pads for gold, silver, copper and brass. They polish and bring a nice high shine to your tarnished items. I have a before and after here. So this earring here looked identical. They looked identical just a few minutes ago. I used the Shine Rite Polishing Pads to remove that tarnish. I'm going to show you how to do that. It's so easy and your fingers get a little bit dirty while doing this. Just be prepared for that. You just wash your hands afterwards. So I have a silver earring here and all you need to do is just take the pad and rub it across the top and look at how quick and easy that just shined right up. So what these are is they're a tight bond cellular foam. So they have a foamy feel to them. They're not paper. They're not fabric. It actually feels like foam. It's very squishy. They have permanently bonded micro-abrasives in here and that's what's helping to bring that shine right back and remove that tarnish. Just rub it over the surface and I'm not really applying too much pressure here and it's just coming right off. You can do that for the earring hook as well. You can see how quick and easy that was.
