Hi, this is Kat with beadaholique.com i Jim stone focal I have a charm with the loop facing to the side and I have a 2 inch 21 gauge silver plate head pin for tools you're going to need a chain nose plier a round nose plier and some flush cutters so go ahead and begin and take your filigree bail and you're just going to want to make sure that it fits right over your gemstone and that those holes line up you might need to open it with your pliers if need be but then go ahead and take your head pin and go ahead and thread it down through that hole and out the other side so you have this coming through and your head pin catching that other side so now this is going to be our front so now what you're going to want to do is take your chain nose pliers and sort of Bend that wire forward at a sort of 45-degree angle just like so now take your round nose pliers and what you're going to do and this is where it can get a little tricky so just stay with me you're going to take your pliers and sort of make a kink to the right side and now you're going to wrap that wire around that Peyer and just sort of move it so you can complete that loop just like how you would make a simple wire loop just like that and now what you're going to do is remove your plier and go ahead and take your flush cutters and cut that edge off and now you can go ahead and bend it towards the gemstone and the last part of this what you're going to want to do is just sort of open that loop slide on your charm knots need to open mine a little bit more yeah slide on that charm and just close that loop up and again just sort of press it down and what you should get is a little bit of the wire coming down and your charm should lay pretty much in the center of your gemstone and there you have it so now you can just add your chain or add your cord through the top of that bail and you have your charm perfectly centered in your gemstone I hope you enjoyed this technique and you can find all of these supplies and more at beadaholique.com you
