The Honeycomb Beaded Bead earrings are fun statement earrings that are both dramatic and elegant. The bead woven focal hangs from a sterling silver beading chain that has been looped around and suspended from a shepherd's crook ear wire.
Reboot: We have replaced the discontinued Hodge Podge Blue Lumi Honeycomb beads originally used with complementary Pastel Montana Blue and a slightly different ear wire.

Instructions

By following the instructions below, you will make one earring. Repeat all instructions to make the second earring.

To make the focal for this earring, please watch the video: How to Make a Beaded Bead with 2-Hole Honeycomb Beads. Through the course of the video, you will learn step by step how to bead weave the beaded bead and trap that larger Austrian crystal faux pearl inside.
After you have completed your beaded bead, set it aside while you start to construct the earring.
Cut 4 inches of your beading chain. Onto one end, secure a crimp bead with loop.
Slide your beaded bead onto the other end of the chain via the hole in the large Austrian crystal bead.
Secure a crimp bead with loop onto the end of the chain.
Open a jump ring and link it to one of the secured crimp beads loops, the loop at the base of your earring hook, and the other crimp bead with loop. Close the jump ring.
All done!
