These statement earrings feature a strikingly long silk tassel that dusts the shoulders when worn. Hanging above the tassel is a lovely Austrian crystal BeCharmed pearl that coordinates with the color of the tassel. You can easily customize this design to make the tassel as long or as short as you desire.
Instructions

Please note you will also need a small piece of cardboard and a toothpick or scrap wire to use as a glue applicator. By following the instructions below, you will make one earring. Repeat all instructions to make the second earring.
  1. To make these earrings, please watch the video: How to Make a Long Silk Tassel Statement Earring.
  2. During the video you will learn how to make your tassel by winding it around a cut piece of cardboard and then tying it off. Once you have the tassel made, you will glue it into a cord end. You will also learn how to anchor the large hole pearl bead between two bead aligners and create a wrapped wire loop to secure them. Finally you will see how to connect all the elements together.
