Crystal Rocks Necklace (Reboot)

1. Start by finding the middle point on your finished chain—you can do this by holding the chain by the clasp and letting the length drape. Once you have identified the middle, use your cutters to cut the chain at that point. Now you have the clasp set in the middle and an equal length of chain extending from each side.
2. Cut the ball off of your head pin, right close to where it forms. You now have a nice straight piece of wire. Create a simple wire loop on one end. Slip your focal bead onto the wire. Make another simple wire loop on the other end.
3. Open one of the simple wire loops (the same way you would open a jump ring) and slip one end chain link onto it. Close the loop back up. Repeat on the other side of the focal bead with the other length of chain and the other loop. All done!
