Great for wire wrapping.

It's hard to find black wire. What's in craft stores is generally black over steel. I like having the copper. I make rings and earrings with this. You have to be careful as the black coating can be easily scratched off by your tools. My fix for that is to touch up with a black Sharpie when everything is finished.

Needed black wire

Haven't used it yet. I was looking for 20 gauge black wire and had not been able to find it. It may be slightly less elsewhere but it is worth paying a little more to have it on hand.
