This quick and easy stretch bracelet features a red cinnabar bead with a carving of the Chinese symbol of good luck.
Instructions

Note: Components and tools listed within this INSTRUCTIONS box and the printer-friendly PDF, if available, may have been discontinued since this project was published. Refer to the PURCHASE COMPONENTS and TOOLS AND OTHER SUPPLIES sections for current availability.

These instructions will give you a bracelet that is a flexible 6.5 inches. To modify the length, simply add or subtract the number of Czech Glass Beads used.
  1. Cut a length of Opelon cord, about 10 inches long.
  2. String on one cinnabar bead followed by 20 czech glass beads.
  3. Bring the two ends of the Opelon cord together and tie a double overhand knot.
  4. Place a dab of GS Hypo Cement on to the knot. Tie another knot.
  5. Trim the ends of the Opelon and then hide the knot by rotating the beads to cover it.
  6. Allow to dry before wearing.
