1. Begin by cutting off 20 inches of silver chain. Set aside.
2. Cut off 6.5 inches of chain. Set aside. Repeat.
3. Cut off 4.25 inches of gemstone chain (roughly 13 gemstones). Set aside.
4. To assemble the necklace: Open one jump ring and attach it to the single side loop of the strand reducer and to one lobster clasp. Close the jump ring.
5. Open one jump ring and attach one end of the 20 inch length of chain to the first loop of strand reducer on the side with two loops. Close the jump ring.
6. Move to the other side of this chain and attach it to the second strand reducer, on the side with two loops. Close the jump ring.
7. Open one jump ring and slide on one heart charm and the 20 inch length of chain. Close the jump ring around the chain so it can swing freely.
8. Open another jump ring and attach it to the second loop of the strand reducer and to one 6.5 inch length of chain. Close the jump ring.
9. Open a jump ring and attach it to the end of the 6.5 inch length of chain and to one loop at the end of the gemstone chain. Close the jump ring.
10. Move to the other end of the gemstone chain and open another jump ring to attach the second piece of 6.5 inch chain. Close the jump ring.
11. Open another jump ring and attach the 6.5 inch length of chain to the second strand reducer.
12. Finally, add one jump ring to the single loop of the second strand reducer at the top and you're all done!
