Bright 24 karat gold plated Miyuki seed beads are sprinkled like pollen grains into this geometric bead woven focal necklace. The design features 2-hole Czech glass Ginko beads and Chevron beads, with matte gold rolo chain and a TierraCast forged toggle clasp.

Instructions

These instructions will make a 16.5 inch necklace. For a longer or shorter necklace, adjust your chain lengths or the number of beaded units you weave. Note: check to make sure both holes of all of your 2-hole beads are properly drilled. You may also want to test your seed beads ahead of time by sliding them onto a jump ring to make sure the holes are large enough.

In this video, you will see from start to finish how to create this design by first learning how to weave the beaded sections using Fireline thread with Ginko beads, Chevron beads, and Miyuki 11/0 round seed beads. Then you will see how to connect your beaded sections using 5mm jump rings, as well as how to attach rolo chain and a toggle clasp.
