Retired - Sweetheart Necklace

1. Cut all three pieces of ribbon so that they are twenty inches long.
2. Thread five fire polish beads onto five headpins, create a simple loop and trim off excess wire on each.
3. Open two jump rings and thread one though the loop at the top of the heart pendant and the other through the hole at the bottom of the pendant.
4. To the bottom jump ring, add four of the fire polish bead drops. Save the fifth one for the end of your extender chain.
5. To the top jump ring, add the slider bail. Close both jump rings again.
6. Thread the three ribbons through the slider bail, so that the pendant hangs in the center.
7. Making sure the ends of the ribbons line up, curl each end of your necklace tightly, about two times.
8. Insert each rolled up end of your necklace into each ribbon crimp and gently close. Use nylon jaw pliers, as to not damage the outside of the crimp. For a stronger hold, you may use a dab of E6000 glue on the ends of the ribbon before inserting them into your crimps.
9. To one of the two crimps, add a single jump ring. To that jump ring, add the heart lobster clasp.
10. Create an extender chain by linking five jump rings together. Add one end of the chain to the other crimp end.
11. Finally, add the last fire polish bead drop to the end of the extender chain.
