- If you are not already familiar with square stitch, please watch our instructional video before proceeding. To begin, you must create the square stitched spacer segments of the bracelet. You will make a total of five segments; four which consist of seven rows of three 8/0 gunmetal seed beads, and one segment which consists of seven rows of five 8/0 gunmetal seed beads. After you have completed each of these segments, tie a double overhand knot between two beads and weave in the remainder of your thread. Set all five square stitched segments aside.
- Use your flush cutters to cut seven pieces of Soft Touch beading wire at one foot long each.
- Thread a crimp bead onto one end of each strand, about two inches down from the end.
- Thread each end through its own closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, and pull the wire snug- leaving some wiggle room for the jump ring. Crimp each crimp bead.
- Thread each of these wire strands through each of the seven rows of one of the three-bead wide square stitched spacer segments.
- Onto the first strand, thread the following: one 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the first strand through the first row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and seven 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread this same first strand through the first row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on one 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the first strand through the first row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and seven 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the first row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the first strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.
- Onto the second strand, thread the following: two 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the second strand through the second row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and six 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread this same second strand through the second row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on two 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the second strand through the second row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and six 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the second row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the second strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.
- Onto the third strand, thread the following: three 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the third strand through the third row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and five 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread this same third strand through the first row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on three 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the third strand through the third row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and five 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the third row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the third strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.
- Onto the fourth strand, thread the following: four 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the fourth strand through the fourth row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and four 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread this same fourth strand through the fourth row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on four 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the fourth strand through the fourth row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and four 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the fourth row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the fourth strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.

Thread this same fifth strand through the fifth row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on five 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the fifth strand through the fifth row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and three 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the fifth row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the fifth strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.
- Onto the sixth strand, thread the following: six 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the sixth strand through the sixth row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and two 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread this same sixth strand through the sixth row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on six 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the sixth strand through the sixth row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and two 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the sixth row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the sixth strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.
- Onto the seventh strand, thread the following: seven 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the seventh strand through the seventh row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and one 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread this same seventh strand through the seventh row of the five-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread on seven 11/0 gunmetal seed bead and thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads. Thread the seventh strand through the seventh row of a three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment. Now thread thirteen silver 11/0 seed beads and one 11/0 gunmetal seed beads. Thread the strand through the seventh row of the final three-bead wide square stitched spacer segment.
- Onto the end of the seventh strand, thread a crimp bead. Thread the end of the strand through a closed jump ring, back through the crimp bead, pull the wire snug, and crimp the bead.
- Trim off all excess wire.
- Open fourteen oval jump rings. Add an oval jump ring to each of the closed jump rings on both ends of the bracelet.
- Separate a five-strand tube clasp, and place each half next to each end of your bracelet.
- Since there are seven strands in this bracelet and only five loops on the clasp, you must link the three center oval jump rings to the single, centermost loop on the clasp. Link the remaining oval jump rings to each corresponding loop on the clasp.
- Repeat previous step on the other half of the bracelet and close all of your jump rings once more.
