Retired - Red Alder Necklace

1. Cut a 4 inch piece of wire using flush cutters.
2. Watch our video on how to wire wrap a briolette. Based on the technique shown in the video, slide the piece of wire through the hole at the top of the carnelian carved leaf pendant and use pliers to create a wrapped wire loop. Set this piece aside.
3. Next, watch our video on how to make a wrapped wire loop using a head pin. Based on the video, take one head pin and string one Czech glass cathedral bead. Use your pliers to create a wrapped wire loop, then clip off the excess wire with flush cutters. Repeat this step three more times, so you have a total of four cathedral beads strung on head pins with wrapped wire loops.
4. Open a jump ring and slide it through the wire loop at the top of your leaf pendant. Attach the jump ring around the strands of organza ribbon in your ribbon necklace.
5. Repeat step 4 for each of the four cathedral beads, sliding a jump ring through the wrapped wire loops and attaching them to the necklace, two on each side of the leaf pendant. Enjoy!
