hi this is kat with beadaholique.com and components from tierracast now this is a weighty earring so we're going to be using that lovely little post there up at the top and we're going to be doing a little wrapped wire loop so to make this pair of earrings what we're gonna need is we're gonna need our earring post and our back we're gonna need two of our bead cones two of the 12 millimeter swarovski pearls and today I'm using the Tahitian look color very beautiful and that lovely rich teal I have one five millimeter pearl and then I have two bead caps here and the other component is we're gonna be using a three-inch 22 gauge head pin alright so if you have all of that ready to go the only tools that you'll need is you'll need a pair of flush cutters a pair of chain nose pliers and a pair of round nose pliers very basic set of tools so let's go ahead and get started so we're gonna take our three-inch head pin and we're going to string on one of our filigree bead caps and let that fall all the way down to the bottom string on your 12 millimeter pearl and let that sit right in there now we're gonna string on our bead cone facing down our five millimeter pearl and then we're going to add our other bead comb with it's sort of facing up there the bigger side add on your pearl and finally add on that bead cap so this is the structure of our earring so now let's do that wrapped wire loop so go ahead and kind of hold everything there taut down at the bottom bring your round nose pliers in and we're gonna bring them about a quarter inch from the top of that last little bead cap there what we're gonna do is we're just gonna bend that backwards we're gonna wrap that wire up and over the top and start to bring it across the front but before we officially cross it we want to string on our little earring posts there and go ahead and get that on there I'm gonna kind of flip this around so I can hold it in my hands and now here's where you're gonna have a little help from a chain nose plier and just sort of squeeze that little loop together so it crosses over just like so and now we can wrap it around and to get a little tight wrap because we have so little wire left I'm gonna go ahead and use my round nose pliers to kind of really get that wrap nice and tight and I'm gonna actually be able to wrap this three times once more right over the top there there we go and finally I'm just gonna come in with my flush cutters trim off that little wire there add my little bullet clutch back and you are all done so there is both pairs there you just repeat obviously to make the second earring but that is how easy it is to make the Tahitian goddess earrings you can find these and all of the supplies at beadaholique.com and if you're new to our YouTube channel be sure to hit that subscribe button below
