1. Begin by opening up a jump ring with your chain nose pliers and attach it to the last link on one end of your chain. Close the jump ring.
2. Open up a second jump ring and slide it onto the last link on the other side of your chain. Before closing it, also slide on the loop on your clasp and then close with your pliers.
3. Then, measure the mid way point on your chain, which is at 18". Open up another jump ring and slide it through the loop on your pendant and also through the link at the 18" mark. Close with your pliers.

5. You will be making a rather large amount of Crystal Clay. Based upon what you learned in the video, put on your gloves and mix up about 2/3 of the Crystal Clay that comes in the package. Roll it into an oval shape.
6. Place your mixed Crystal Clay into the bezel setting of your antique brass Victorian bezel pendant. Gently mold it into the setting, making sure it spreads out to all the sides and forms a large dome in the middle. Refer to the photo.
7. Next, watch the video on How to Use BeadSmith's Magical Tray and Magical Pick.
8. Following what you learned in the video, use your Magic Pick to pick up and place each chaton onto the Crystal Clay. I recommend starting at the center with a large chaton and working your way to the edges.
9. Once you are done, set aside to dry. Since the Crystal Clay is quite thick on this piece, I would recommend allowing your pendant to dry over night before wearing.
