If you're new to metal stamping, you can check out our video on how to use metal punches to get started. In addition to the materials listed, you will also need some paper towels. Tip: The BeadSmith stamps don't need to be hit as hard as the ImpressArt stamps. Buy an extra stamping blank to practice on if you're not sure how much pressure to use.

Begin by watching the metal stamping technique shown in the first half of our video, how to metal punch bracelet blanks and use the EZ Bender tool (you can disregard the instructions for using the EZ Bender tool).
Using ImpressArt stamp straight tape, visualize and map out where you want your words to go. Use the BeadSmith lowercase handwritten letter punches and the ImpressArt uppercase newsprint letter punches to punch the phrase, "let GO & let GOD" onto the blank (see photo for placement reference).
Squeeze some ImpressArt stamp enamel into the letter impressions and wipe away the excess with a paper towel.
Using pliers, open a jump ring. Slide it through the hole at the top of the stamped pendant and attach it to your finished chain necklace. Close the jump ring. Enjoy your necklace!
