Hi, this is Julie with beadaholique.com the go so lava beads are wonderful to add essential oils too because they're so poor so if you just look at the nature of a lava bead you see all those little holes in them and that really lets you capture that essential oil and absorb it into them so for the bracelets we have a selection here of pre-made ones we also have just lava beads at beadaholique.com if you want to make your own but we've got ones with sliding knots which are fun chop-chop grow ones so these have the seven chakras and there's a stretch one and there's also another sliding knot one which is great because it adjusts to whatever size wrist you have a wrapped one with a button closure a really nice classic stretch bracelet that's just a surround of lava beads and even this one with the adjustable clasp and we've been loving these adjustable clasps at buta Holly clearly this is one of our favorite things we've seen this year so we've got those and I'm gonna pick let me go ahead and pick this stretch one I really like the stretch one so I'm going to do the stretch chakra and for the essential oils you want to be using pure essential oils not diluted so you see that these have no fillers additives or carriers so a little goes a long way they're very strong in their scent so you're going to want to apply one to two drops and that's going to last one to two days now of course if you want it stronger you can go ahead and add more also what you can do is reapply after the scent starts to fade so I'm going to be using these jewel drops and I think I'm going to use sweet orange these are exclusive to beadaholique.com and if you go ahead and you purchase them you get them in a really nice hard case which is nice to keep them know so for a gift but I do like the orange so go ahead and grab some paper towels for this and you're going to take your bracelet open up your essential oil and what I like to do is I like to hold it two fingers so I don't get it on my hands and I like to do it over something that's not just my regular work surface so I'm just gonna take it it's got this great little dropper top and whew that was three quick drops you saw how fast that went and then just go ahead and put it down and let it dry I'd like to dry for about ten minutes before you wear it you see it that's shiny right there where you've got the drops and once that's done you're gonna be able to wear it and enjoy your scent all day long and like I said one to two drops will last one to two days and then you could go ahead and reapply so I used a sweet orange but there's also eucalyptus there's lemongrass there's lavender peppermint as well as tea tree so a lot of choices there if you want to see how to make your own lava bead bracelet please do check out our other videos at beadaholique.com because we have that one as well
