Add some color to your wooden needle case with this purple and green diamond pattern of peyote bead weaving and attach a simple chain to make sure that you never lose the cap!
Instructions

Note: Components and tools listed within this INSTRUCTIONS box and the printer-friendly PDF, if available, may have been discontinued since this project was published. Refer to the PURCHASE COMPONENTS and TOOLS AND OTHER SUPPLIES sections for current availability.

You will also need a toothpick or scrap of wire for this project.
  1. Please watch our video: How to do Flat Odd Count Peyote. Start by following the pattern image to make large body portion of the needle case. Then follow the thin pattern to make the cap portion of the case. Do not trim or tie off your ends yet.
  2. Once you have both pieces, please watch our video: How to Wrap a Needle Case in Peyote Stitch Bead Weaving. In this video you will see how to add glue to the case, wrap the peyote around it and stitch it up. You will also see how to tie off your threads and how to add on the chain to the top and body of the case.

Which is better flat or round

I love your design for the needle case. I got mine case and viewing videos on how to cover them. My question is which is the best way to cover my case. The flat way you did it or in round. I seen both ways. Would a smaller length needle be better for this. I have broken a few of the longer needles. And how do I send you a finish picture of my project. You all do a GREAT job on all your videos, it’s like being there with you. Thanks again for the videos and patterns. Keep Beading 👍🏼 ⭐️
