Retired - Dark Star Earrings

1. Begin with about 4 feet of beading thread. Thread a size 12 beading needle. Pick up one 11/0 demi round, one gemduo. Repeat five times for a total of six each, making sure you have the front curved side of the gemduos facing the same way. Tie a double overhand knot.
2. Take your needle and make a thread bridge by going into the second hole of one gemduo.
3. Next, pick up one Tripiti side bead and go into the second hole of the next gemduo.
4. Pick up one Polonia side bead and go into the second hole of the next gemduo.
5. Pick up one 11/0 demi round, go through the hole of the Mitakas side bead (see project photo for reference), and pick up one 11/0 demi round, one 8/0 bead, and one 11/0 demi round. Go through the second hole of the Mitakas side bead and add one 11/0 demi round before going into the second hole of the next gemduo.
6. Pick up one Tripiti side bead and go into the second hole of the next gemduo.
7. Pick up one 11/0 demi round, go through the hole of the Mitakas side bead, and pick up one 11/0 demi round, one 8/0 bead, and one 11/0 demi round. Go through the second hole of the Mitakas side bead and add one 11/0 demi round before going into the second hole of the next gemduo.
8. Pick up one Polonia side bead and go into the second hole of the next gemduo.
9. Next, tie off and weave in your thread tails.
10. Open one jump ring and attach it to the bottom Tripiti side bead and to one tassel. Close the jump ring.
11. Open the loop of the earring hook, same as you would a jump ring, and attach it to the top Tripiti side bead. Close the loop and you're all done.
