Catharsis Earrings (Reboot)

1. If you are new to wire wrapping, please watch the video: How to Wire Wrap a Briolette.
2. Use flush cutters to cut 3 inches of 26 gauge wire. Using what you have learned in the video, take an Austrian Crystal briolette and wire wrap the top of the bead, leaving the uppermost loop of your wrap uncoiled.
3. Next, cut two 0.5 inch lengths of chain and slide the end links of each chain onto the wrapped wire loop you left open in step 2. Coil the wrap closed and trim the excess wire.
4. To hang the briolette from the evil eye link: Use pliers to open a 4mm jump ring. Slide on the opposite end link of one of your chains from step 2. Also slide on the loop on one side of your evil eye link. Close the jump ring. Repeat this step to attach the other 0.5 inch chain to the opposite side of the link.
5. Now cut two 1 inch lengths of chain. Open another jump ring and slide on the end link of one of your chains. Also slide on the loop on one side of the evil eye link, beside the jump ring you used to hang your briolette in step 4. Repeat this step to attach the other 1 inch chain on the opposite side of the link.
6. To attach your earring hook, open another jump ring and slide on the opposite two end links of your 1 inch chains. Also slide on the loop of your earring hook. Close the jump ring. All done!
