Retired - A Lilac Afternoon Bracelet

1. You will begin by making your flower blossom pendant focal. Take your purple patina and add a few drops onto a scrap of paper. Using your paint brush, dab on the purple patina, covering your flower pendant.
2. Wash your brush immediately.
3. Once your stamping is almost dry (do not let it sit for very long), take your relief block and using the side, start sanding the raised areas of your stamping to show off the detail of the flower.
4. Next, position your pendant on your work space with its hole at a horizontal. Take your Europunch and punch a hole on the opposite side of the pendant, placing your hole in the same location as the one that is on the pendant already.
5. Next, cut two lengths of 10 inches of wire with your flush cutters.
6. Take one length of wire and slide on one crimp bead, then slide your wire through one of the holes on one side of your flower pendant, then slide your wire back through your crimp bead.
7. With your crimping pliers, crimp your crimp bead. Snip off the short tail with your flush cutters. Tip: Normally you would also want to take your short tail and feed it through several adjacent beads but because these are pearls, the beading wire will only go through the pearl hole once.
8. Now string on your pearls to make an ombre effect, in this order: 3 Fuchsia pearls, 3 Purple pearls and 10 Heliotrope pearls. Remember to use your bead stopper when you need to.
9. Add on another crimp bead onto your wire and slide it through the loop on one side of your magnetic clasp and loop it back into the crimp bead. Crimp your crimp bead and snip off excess wire.
10. Take 2 crimp covers and place them onto the crimp beads on either end. With your chain nose pliers, carefully tighten and close the bead covers onto your crimp beads.
11. Repeat this full process to make the other side of your bracelet.
12. Your bracelet is now ready.
