Expected Scarlet but is more Wine

For a red pigment I was expecting a Scarlet red but this is a Wine red. It's still lovely and a vibrant colour, but not exactly the shade I was thinking it would be. It mixes wonderfully with the Blue of the same line to make a really gorgeous purple. I've used the red both alone and mixed. If you want a Wine red transparent, this is perfect. If you want a Scarlet red transparent, this is not it. I have to adjust some of my future products based on the difference in the red.
