Classic nautical colors come together in this delicate bracelet for a fresh way to use odd count peyote bead weaving.

This design measures approximately 6.75 inches. To modify the length, simply adjust the length of chain used.

Begin by watching our video: How to Flat Odd-Count Peyote Stitch. From what you learned in the video, follow along with the PDF pattern and begin the weaving at the widest part at the top. Leave 3 foot tail to help you finish this side at the end. Weave down to the bottom and before making the decrease, watch this video for instruction: How to Create a Tapered End using Decreases in Peyote Stitch. In this video you will learn how to decrease the weaving, so simply follow along with the pattern and taper your weaving.
Then you will see in the video how to attach one jump ring to the end. But before doing so, cut off two lengths of chain. Cut one length that is 26 links and one that is 25 links. Attach one jump ring to the length of chain that is 26 links and to the bead weaving. Then attach one jump ring to the end of this piece of chain.
Move to the other side and attach the length of chain that is 25 links to the bead weaving and then attach another jump ring to the end of this chain and to one clasp. Close the jump and you are all done.
