Shadow and shine create subtle contrast in this loom bracelet combining matte, faceted, and metallic glass beads. Czech faceted micro spacers, Toho seed beads, and Demi Rounds are woven on the Jewel Loom using Nymo thread. A slide connector clasp with extension chain allows for adjustable length.

Instructions

This bracelet includes an extension chain to allow for adjustable length of 6 to 7.5 inches. Note: You will also need a toothpick for this project.

If you are new to loom weaving, begin by watching the video: How to Use the Jewel Loom Beading Loom. You will use size D Nymo to set up your loom as shown in the video, except for this project you will thread every other notch to accommodate the slightly larger size of your beads. For this pattern you will need 10 warp threads.
Once your loom is set up, thread your loom needle with a length of Nymo as long as you are comfortable working with. You will need to tie off and add new thread to your loom as you work.
Please watch the video: How to Use Micro Spacers and Demi Rounds in Loom Work. Follow along with the video to create the pattern shown using Toho 8/0 seed beads, Demi Round seed beads, and Czech Faceted Micro Spacers.
Once you have woven your desired length, please watch the video: How to Finish Off Traditional Loom Work and Add a Slider Clasp. Follow along with the video to tie off the threads of your bracelet and attach your clasp. Enjoy!
