Retired - Twisted Pacific Waves Necklace

1. Cut off a length of thread about 5 feet, or as long as you are comfortable working with. You may need to add additional thread as you work. Thread your needle.
2. Using the Aqua Emma Beads - String on 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead and 3 seed beads.
3. Turn your thread around and go through the second hole of the Emma beads without adding seed beads in between. This will cause it to curve.
4. String on 3 seed beads and one closed jump ring.
5. Now thread back through the holes that are the seed bead side. You are just working the thread to the other side by retracing the first step. When you come out of the last Emma bead, string through the first 2 seed beads.
6. String on 1 seed bead and now use the Blue Zircon Emma Beads - String on 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead, 1 seed bead, 1 Emma bead and 3 seed beads.
7. Turn your thread around and go through the second hole of the Emma beads without adding seed beads in between. This will cause it to curve. You may need to flip around the Emma beads so that they curve the opposite direction as the unit above. See photo for reference.
8. Now thread through the 3 seed beads of the previous unit and back around down the other side of the unit you just added on the side with the seed beads. When you come out of the last Emma bead, string through the first 2 seed beads.
9. You will continue to add units in the above manner. Note that you only add a closed jump ring at the beginning and end of the necklace.
10. You will weave 16 units total and alternate the colors as you weave the units.
11. Tie off and weave in your threads.
12. Move to the beginning side of your necklace, open one jump ring and attach one lobster clasp to the closed jump ring. Close the jump ring.
13. Move to the other side of your necklace, open one jump ring and attach one chain extender to the closed jump ring. Close the jump ring.
14. All done!
