Retired - The Star Spangled Bangle

1. Take your silver plated oval bracelet memory wire and make sure that the end is in the middle of one of the flatter sides of the bracelet shape. If necessary, trim the end with a pair of memory wire shears to adjust where the wire ends.
2. Count out five loops of the memory wire to make a bracelet that wraps around your wrist five times, and then cut the wire in the middle so that it ends in the same position as it began on the other side. When you hang beads off of the ends later, they should hang together.
3. Take a silver plated cord end crimp bead with a loop and put a dab of GS Hypo Cement into the inside of the crimp bead. Slide it onto the end of the memory wire and use a crimp tool to secure it tightly. Allow the glue to dry for at least an hour before moving on.
4. Test the crimp to make sure it's secure. If it comes off, try again with a new crimp bead. Make sure you use enough glue (but not too much - if any comes out when you crimp it, just wipe it away) and crimp it securely.
5. Next, you will fill the memory wire by stringing Miyuki cube beads in Sapphire Medley, Red Medley, and Crystal Medley, all mixed up in a random order.
6. When the memory wire is almost full (1/8 - 1/4" remaining) attach a second crimp bead to the end. Again, allow the glue to dry for at least an hour before moving on.
7. Insert a 1.5" silver plated 22 gauge head pin into a crystal silver star Czech glass bead. Create a simple wire loop after the bead. Repeat with a second bead.
8. Use the wire loops you have created to hang a star bead from the loop on each end of your bracelet.
