Retired - The Duchess Cocktail Ring

1. Before you begin, watch the instructional video: How to Make the Desi Earrings. This video will walk you through a process that is very similar to the one you will use to make this ring.
2. Cut a piece of 18pp brass cup chain in turquoise that is 28 links long.
3. Cut a piece of 24pp brass cup chain in crystal that is 16 links long.
4. Cut a piece of 18pp brass cup chain in pearl that is 14 links long.
5. Apply a layer of E6000 glue into the bottom of a 30mm gold tone bezel ring.
6. Place the turquoise cup chain along the outer edge of the bezel, collapsing the spaces between the links down so that the links touch.
7. Place the crystal cup chain just inside the turquoise cup chain, and then the pearl cup chain just inside that.
8. Add a little bit more glue to the center, and then place an 11mm vitrail medium round chaton into the center.
9. The chaton should sit just on the edge of the pearl cup chain. Make sure that it's sitting level.
10. Allow all of the glue to dry thoroughly before wearing.
