Retired - Summer Lovin' Earrings

1. Begin by first making all of the links for this earring.
2. Take one rondelle bead, string it on to one eye pin. Make a simple wire loop. Set Aside. Repeat for 3 more rondelle beads.
3. Take one rondelle bead, string it on to one head pin. Make a simple wire loop. Set Aside. Repeat for 2 more rondelle beads.
4. Take one 12mm heart bead, string it on to one eye pin. Make a simple wire loop. Set Aside. Repeat for 1 more heart bead.
5. Take one 8mm heart bead, string it on to one eye pin. Make a simple wire loop. Set Aside. Repeat for 1 more heart bead.
6. The easiest way to cut the chain into uniform pieces is to count the links. You will need the following lengths: four lengths of 10 links and three lengths of 4 links.
7. Open the loop of one eye pin with a rondelle on it, same as you would a jump ring, and attach it to the loop of the earring hook. Open the other loop of the eye pin and attach it to the single loop of the triple strand reducer. (See photo for reference).
8. Open the loop of one eye pin with a rondelle on it, attach it to the first of three loops of the strand reducer. Repeat with 2 more eye pins with rondelles on them to the second and third loops of the strand reducer.
9. To complete the first strand, open the loop of the rondelle and attach a 10 link chain. To the end of the chain, attach an eye pin with a 8mm heart bead. To the other side of this heart bead, attach another 10 link chain. To the end of the chain, attach one rondelle bead on a head pin. Repeat this step for the third strand.
10. To complete the second strand, open the loop of the rondelle and attach a 4 link chain. To the end of the chain, attach an eye pin with a 12mm heart bead. To the other side of this heart bead, attach another 4 link chain. To the end of the chain, attach an eye pin with a 12mm heart bead. To the other side of this heart bead, attach another 4 link chain. To the end of the chain, attach one rondelle bead on a head pin.
11. All done!
