Retired - Sumatra Earrings

1. Before you begin, watch the videos on How to Use the Vintaj Metal File and How to Use the Vintaj Relief Block. You will be using a relief block and file on your pendants in an upcoming step.
2. Using your paint brush, paint the upper portion of your pendant with antiqued gold patina. Make sure to not add too much patina.
3. Clean your paint brush and now paint on a few dabs of turquoise patina onto the bottom portion of your stamping. Please see photo for reference as my pattern is completely abstract.
4. While your pendant is still a little wet, take your Vintaj relief block, and using the side, start sanding the raised areas of your stamping to show off the detail. Set the stamping aside to fully dry.
5. Next, using your Vintaj file, make simple scuff marks across your pendant. I went all around the pendant and on top of the patina as well. See photo.
6. Once fully dry, open an antique brass kidney ear wire, slide it through the hole at the top of your pendant and close.
7. You're done!
