This leather bracelet features metal beads from Nunn Design. Don't be afraid to mix up the color of your metals for a whole new modern look.
Instructions

This is an adjustable bracelet. Size it so that it is big enough to fit over the hand then use the sliding knots to adjust the size.
  1. Cut off a piece of leather 20 inches in length. Move 8 inches in from one end and tie an overhand knot.
  2. String on the beads in the following order: 1 rounded oval silver bead, 1 copper spacer bead, 1 rounded oval gold bead, 1 silver long bead, 1 rounded oval gold bead, 1 copper spacer bead, and 1 rounded oval silver bead. Tie another overhand knot.
  3. Please watch our video: How to Make a Bracelet with Slide Knots. Make the sliding knots as seen in this video. Before trimming the leather string on 1 gold spacer bead and tie an overhand knot. Trim the leather to a quarter inch. Repeat on the other side.

Typo in instructions?

I love the simplicity of this bracelet & muted glow of the beads. Easy as it is to make, this part of Step 3 of the instructions is a bit odd:
“Before trimming the leather string on 1 gold spacer bead and tie an overhand knot. Trim the leather to a quart inch.” Looks like a copy/paste mistake?

Good instructions, extra 2 inches to make knotting easier

I found the instructions easy enough, having never made this type of bracelet before hence the sliding knots were new to me. I didn't have the identical materials but used what I had available and have worn the bracelet several times and been complimented on it. I did find I had hardly enough cord to make the final knots so that was very fiddly, so when I make more I will be using 22 inches instead of 20 then I will have more to play with to make it easier. Hope you all find this helpful. Thank you for the instructions.
