Hi, this is Kat with beadaholique.com and ease are great to use if you have a chain that has sort of oval links it kind of helps to give you that nice sort of sleek look you can see I've used one here at this example and just to give you a little bit of a comparison here is a Rolo chain that I used a round jump ring on you could use an oval jump ring as well but it just sort of follows the sort of shape of the link and I wanted to go with that and here is an example of that oval shape I was talking about and an oval jump ring so it just seems a little more seamless so I have an example here and I'm just gonna show you how to do it I have just a gunmetal oval jump ring here and I'm just gonna open that up just like a normal jump ring slip on my class and my chain and just close that jump ring up okay and now I have a nice sleek look to my chain you can also use oval jump rings to create a chain extender for your projects you can find all of these supplies and more videos at beadaholique.com you
