Hi, this is Kat with beadaholique.com work with other different cords as well but as you can see here I just added a little bit of glue and I have a nice stiff needle there as opposed to this other end that's already starting to fray because I tried to string a few beads on it so when you have this needle it's actually really easy just to slide your beads right on so I'll show you how to do that right now so I have a little bit of my s1 cord and this is a size 18 and I'm gonna take my super new glue go ahead and open that up and then what you're going to do is just sort of gather a bead at the end of your glue and then you're just going to kind of run it up the sides and then you can just use the side of that little glue bottle just to kind of make sure it's nice and clean and there you go so you can just do it as much or as little as you want and you can actually also use this technique when you're at the end of your project to sort of prevent that fraying again so it's a great little tip and then you just let it dry and then you're ready to string your beads so I hope you enjoyed this quick tip you can find more at beadaholique.com you
