Dive into a good book but don't lose your place with this royal purple tassel bookmark featuring Dark Rainbow Austrian crystals.

Instructions

Note: Components and tools listed within this INSTRUCTIONS box and the printer-friendly PDF, if available, may have been discontinued since this project was published. Refer to the PURCHASE COMPONENTS and TOOLS AND OTHER SUPPLIES sections for current availability.

Cut four lengths of chain: 1", 1.5", .75", and .25". Set them aside.
Take one eye pin and string on one bicone bead. Make a simple wire loop. Set aside. Repeat this step three more times.
Open the loop of one eye pin, same as you would a jump ring and attach it to the jump ring of one tassel. Close the loop. Move to the other side of this eye pin. Open one jump ring and attach it to the simple wire loop and one one length of chain. Close the jump ring. Move to the other end of this chain, and attach another jump ring. Repeat this step for all four lengths.
Once you have all four pieces, open one more jump ring and slide it on to the book mark. Then slide on all four lengths of chain in this order: .75", .25", 1.5" and 1". Close the jump ring and you're all done!
