Magenta Heat Earrings

1. Before beginning this project please watch our video: How to Bead Weave Circular Brick Stitch Around a Ring. From what you learned in the video, cut off a length of thread, about 5 feet in length. Tie an overhand knot around the teardrop frame.
2. You will begin your brick stitch about 3/4 of an inch from the top of the teardrop. Your first row will be 25 beads.
3. When you are ready to add a second row you will go into the second thread bridge, not the first, turning your piece around so you are weaving in the opposite direction. This is how you will achieve the angled look. Keep in mind that as you weave across to the other side, you may need to add another bead to accommodate the length.
4. Continue in this manner to add a third, fourth, and fifth row. Once you have reached the end, tie off and weave in your thread tails.
5. Finally, open the loop of an earring hook, same as you would a jump ring, and attach it to the top of the teardrop. Close the loop.
