Hi, this is Kat with beadaholique.com now you're probably wondering what are these fine rax tubes well they kind of have a really cool drusy like effect but they use crystals so they are of course like I said little tubes and you can see on this one it has a nice little Center there and a nice hole so you can sort of string it various materials through here you can do beading wire I'm going to show you how to put it onto an eye pin here but it has a color core on that and then this particular color that I'm playing with here and you can see it a little bit in the larger size so we have 15 and then 30 and this one is the light amethyst paradise shine on the violet tube so you can just see looking down the barrel there so I'm going to show you how to make a pair of earrings with this and you can see my example here but let's go over some of the other colors real quick so just to sort of show you I have a crystal paradise shine and this is on a black tube on the inside there so you can see that it has that sort of cut black tube and you can just see that this is a very similar color and I'll show it to you side by side but the color of the core really does matter because you can tell that this one is much more purple because it has that violet tube and this one is a little bit more black due to that black tube alright so the other three colors that I've brought out here to show you and again keep in mind this is just a selection that we have here at beadaholique really cool jet and astro pink it kind of has a little bit of that kind of gold and pink happening right there and this is on that black tube as well and then I have a light topaz and Dorado so this is going to give more gold and this is on that black tube as well and then on a transparent tube I have this vintage rose and light rose metallic it is really kind of cool and very sparkly so these look very some - like little pointed sheet ons that have been glued or sealed together with a nice little tube so you can just see on my little earring here that I'm going to show you how to make really easily it has a nice little design to it and you get that light coming through the back which is really quite lovely alright so I'm going to show you how to make an earring here today and I also have a little necklace here it's gonna use a very similar technique so I just wanted to bring that out to you as well if you want to use the larger size I think it looks great as a little necklace so for our earrings here we're going to be using our 15 millimeter rock tube and again this is the light amethyst paradise shine on the violet tube I have a little mini pair drop in paradise shine I have my earring hook I have a couple of bead caps I have some eye pins here and some jump rings so the only tools that you're going to need is you're going to need a pair of round nose pliers a pair of chain nose pliers and a pair of flush cutters so if you have everything ready to go let's go ahead and get started alright so the first thing that we're gonna do is we're very easily going to take our eye pin string on one of our little bead caps there with it facing sort of down and then we're going to string on our tube and let it sit in there nicely and then string on our other bead cap right like so so now you'll notice it's a little sort of wobbly so what you want to do is make sure that you're getting it nice and tight so you're gonna want to hold it down with your fingers there and just make sure that everything is nice and snug so now we're going to take our round nose pliers and we're going to make a simple wire loop so we're just gonna take our wire and just bend it backwards there and then bring it back in and wrap that wire up and over the top and across just like so and then we're going to come in with our flush cutters and trim that off and we can discard our extra wire now the first thing I want to do is I want to open up the loop there and I'm going to slip on my earring hook on to the top and just close that up and now the next part is I'm going to be taking one of my six millimeter 20 gauge jump rings and I'm just gonna use my round nose pliers and my chain nose pliers to give that a little gentle twist to open it up slip on my pair and then I can slip that on to the bottom loop of my earring and now we're just going to close that up making sure it has a nice closure we want everything to be nice and tight there we go and then our earring is all finished so now we have a beautiful pair of earrings here featuring a Swarovski crystal pearl and those fine rocks tubes and you can do this design in all the different colors and you can just switch out the color there you can do a crystal you can do a pink really a lot of choices there so it's just a really quick and easy way to cover those ends with bead caps and make a wonderful pair of earrings I hope you enjoyed this video you can get all of these supplies and see even more videos and purchase zorroski crystal from beadaholique.com
