- Begin by watching the video on How To Use Crystal Clay.
- Based upon what you learned in the video, put on your gloves and mix up a small gum ball size amount of Crystal Clay in Sage.
- Place your mixed Crystal Clay into the bezel setting of your antique brass square bezel ring finding. Gently mold it into the setting making sure it flatly spreads out to all the sides.
- Take your Green Girl Studios fairy button, and place it down at a diagonal, neatly embedding it into the Crystal Clay. Make sure the Crystal Clay does not come up on the sides of the button. See photo for reference.
- Using the beeswax tipped toothpick that came with your Crystal Clay kit, pick up your Jet Hematite chatons one by one and place them into the clay. Try and get them as close together as possible around the button, without overlapping. If you are unsure how to pick them up with a pick, please watch the video on How to Use the Magical Pick because it uses the same technique. I added 30 chatons to my ring. See photo for placement assistance.
- At this point, use your fingers to push the clay up around the bezel of the ring and also press down on the clay to smooth it all around.
- Let your ring cure overnight and enjoy.
