This 24 warp kumihimo bracelet braids together a spiral of pinks, purple, black, blue and gold to make a statement piece that is worthy of a style queen.

Instructions

You will also need a piece of tape and a scrap of wire or a toothpick for this project.

To learn how to make this bracelet, please watch our video: How To Make a 24 Warp Kumihimo Round Braid. In this video you will see where to place the cords, how to make the braid, and how to finish it off with a toggle clasp.
From what you learned in the video, place the cords into the slots by placing them to the right and left of the following numbers: Purple - 64, 32. Light Pink - 5, 38. Blue - 10, 44. Gold - 16, 48. Black - 21, 54. Dark Pink - 27, 59.
Then begin braiding as seen in the video. Braid until you have reached your desired length. I recommend leaving extra length to accommodate for the clasp. From one end of the cord end to the other will be 2 inches. Keep in mind your cord end will cover 1/4 of an inch of the braiding. If you are having trouble with the sizing, braid extra, make one end of the clasp first, then see at what point you need to cut off the other end of the braid.
Instead of using the extra cord as seen in the video, you will use scotch tape to cover the ends so that they fit into the well of the cord end easily.
Add a dab of glue using a toothpick to the cord end and place the braid into the end. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before wearing to allow the glue to fully set.
Finally, open one jump ring and attach it to one end of the toggle clasp and to one cord end. Close the jump ring and repeat on the other side to attach the other end of the clasp.

You will need 24 bobbins to complete this design.
