A striking terracotta Art Deco style Clay River owl pendant is the feature of this simple yet bold necklace. The muted earthy tones and antique brass finishing touches make this necklace ideal for both men and women.
Instructions

  1. Cut a 20" length of dark brown faux leather suede cord.
  2. Fold your above length of cord in half and feed the end that is folded through the hole in the owl pendant, going from back to front. Pull an inch through and then feed your cord tails through the loop in the front. This is called a Lark's Head knot and can be seen in more detail in the video HERE.
  3. Apply a 3mm antique brass fold over crimp to each of your ribbon ends. If you want, you can add a bit of glue to help secure the ribbon.
  4. Open the jump ring attached to your lobster clasp and attach it to one of your fold over crimp ends. Close the loop. Repeat to attach a jump ring to the other side of your necklace.
  5. All done!
