Crystal Clay and Austrian crystal Chatons are used in combination with an ornate silver plated filigree to make this striking beauty accessory. The question on all your friends' minds will be 'how did you make that?!?!'
Instructions

Note: No additional tools are required for this project but I find the Magic Pick to be helpful along with Triangle Sorting Tray. These are completely optional.
  1. You will have 60 - 90 minutes work time for your Crystal Clay, so there is no need to rush, take your time and enjoy the process.
  2. Before beginning, wash your hands really well. Any residual dirt, ink, or lint will come off on your clay, so clean hands are very important.
  3. To make this compact, watch the video: How to Make a Crystal Clay Filigree and Austrian crystal Chaton Compact - Sage. This step-by-step video teaches you how to make this lovely compact. The video showcases Crystal Clay in Cotton Candy Pink whereas this project calls for Crystal Clay in Sage.
  4. After you have completed your compact, set it aside in a safe area (where it won't get knocked around or dirty) and let dry for 12 - 24 hours.
