Retired - Crazy Lace Casbah Necklace

This long and lovely necklace features Dakota Stones star cut pink crazy lace agate gemstones combined with highly detailed TierraCast pewter casbah beads and little black wood beads. The focal of the necklace is a bold and vibrant Zola Elements tassel.
Instructions

This necklace measures 30 inches and can easily fit over the head.
  1. Begin by watching the video: How to Finish Zola Elements Tassels for Jewelry. In the course of the video you will learn how to add a closed jump ring to your tassel and then secure it with a crimp bead and crimp bead cover. Follow the directions in the video to finish your tassel.
  2. Next, cut 38 inches of beading wire and place a bead stopper on the end, 4 inches from the tail.
  3. String on the following beads: 1 crimp bead, 25 round wood beads, 1 gemstone bead, 1 round wood bead, 1 pewter bead, 1 tapered oval wood bead, 1 pewter bead, 1 round wood bead, 3 gemstone beads, 1 round wood bead, 5 gemstone wood beads, 1 round wood bead, 3 gemstone beads, 1 round wood bead, 1 pewter bead, 1 tapered oval wood bead, 1 pewter bead, 1 round wood bead, 3 gemstone beads, 1 round wood bead, 5 gemstone beads, and your tassel via the jump ring attached to it.
  4. Now repeat the bead pattern you just did so that the second half of the necklace is a mirror image of the first (basically working in reverse starting with the tassel as the center point). Do not add a crimp bead to this side of the necklace.
  5. Once you have strung on all your beads, please watch the video: How to Make a Strung Necklace without a Clasp. This video will show you how to finish off your necklace and crimp the crimp bead. Add a crimp bead cover over your crimped crimp bead.
