You will also need a scrap of wire or a toothpick for this project to help you apply the glue.
- For a 6 1/2 inch bracelet, cut two lengths of cord 7 1/2 inches each.
- For this next technique, please watch our video: How to Make a Looped Climbing Bracelet. From what you learned in the video, line up the two cords, side by side, and about 3 inches in towards the center, begin the wrap of the super-lon cord using the E6000 on the back side to secure it into place. Wrap until you have just under 1 inch. Tie off and trim the super-lon cord.
- Take one cord end and place a few drops of Super New Glue into the recess. Place both ends of one side into the cord end.
- Repeat on the other side. Be sure to let the ends dry completely before attempting to clasp them. The magnet is strong and could pull the cord out until it dries properly.
